Our KC law firm does not require our Missouri and Kansas personal injury and wrongful death clients to pay hourly fees or pay for expenses up front.  Instead we take our fee as a percentage of the monies collected for our clients, but only once expenses are subtracted - we do not take a fee then subtract expenses like some law firms.  This results in a greater collection for our clients.
